Staff can be trained within a short space of time and process debit or credit cards payments in real-time ensuring that efficiencies are met and the caller is satisfied.
Staff can have permission based access to the control panel (Merchant Management System) to allow for processing of payments, refunds, viewing of reports and further admin rights if required. With access based upon Internet browser connectivity, the control panel can be accessed from anywhere in the world so your call centre doesn't need to be locally based either.
As a manager, again you will be able to view payments, reports and admin rights from anywhere in the world whenever you require. Using our Level 1 PCI:DSS compliant Payment Gateway, call handlers can process payments 24/7 and view realtime reports for ease of confirmation and reconciliation. Just to make life easier, we don't charge per user either so you have unlimited users all for our standard tariff!
